With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, including significant roles in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors, my professional journey uniquely positions me to support my clients effectively. I combine strategic insight and operational experience with deep empathy, always honoring the unique path each client is on.
Beyond professional expertise, my roles as founder of Kingdom Women Life Group and host of the UnVaulted Podcast reflect my commitment to personal empowerment, faith-driven leadership, and transformative growth. Serving in various senior leadership roles within my local church further enriches my perspective and amplifies my mission to impact lives meaningfully.

My Story…
While I greatly enjoyed the corporate roles that shaped much of my professional life, I always felt a profound calling toward something even more purposeful and impactful. Each time someone approached me after a speech, sharing how deeply they were moved or asking to purchase the materials I had shared—original content created from my heart—it reaffirmed my purpose. These powerful, personal interactions inspired me to fully embrace my path as a leadership coach, business consultant, and speaker.
Born into a family of entrepreneurs and emigrating from Jamaica in the early 2000s, my journey has been one of courage, faith, and unwavering determination. Now residing in South Florida with my husband, Joseph, and our son, my passion extends globally through our sponsorship of four beautiful girls in Africa—a meaningful reminder of the universal impact we can create.
My story is one of alignment and calling. It is my greatest joy to now help you discover and pursue yours.
